Metriport
Healthcare data infrastructure for next generation care delivery.
Metriport provides real-time access to medical data for 340 million individuals across the US. Its open-source platform turns scattered patient records across all major healthcare IT systems into structured information that gives clinicians what they need, exactly when they need it, to provide the best possible care. Metriport manages dozens of connections across all national HIEs and QHINs, state and regional HIEs, ADT networks, pharmacies, labs, and EHRs. It then matches, extracts, standardizes, deduplicates, and enriches records, and converts them into a unified data model, accessible through a single API, data warehouse, or apps directly within an EHR. In addition to providing longitudinal patient clinical data at the point of care, Metriport offers ambient monitoring, alerting providers in real time as patients are moved through the healthcare system to assist with transitions of care. Metriport also delivers insights on top of the data, like AI medical record summarization, condition suspecting, and surfacing care gaps. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in San Francisco, Metriport processes 4.2 billion network requests a month and returns the first structured record in under 15 seconds. Teams across care delivery, value-based programs, and health tech platforms build on Metriport, including Amazon One Medical, Strive Health, Color, Sollis Health, and Canvas Medical.
Mezmo
Observability platform to control all of your log data
Mezmo, formerly LogDNA, is an observability platform to manage and take action on your data. It ingests, processes, and routes log data to fuel enterprise-level application development and delivery, security, and compliance use cases. Mezmo was brought to life by three-time co-founders Chris Nguyen and Lee Liu and included in the Winter 2015 batch of Y Combinator. In 2018 the company partnered with tech giant, IBM, to become the sole logging provider for IBM Cloud. Mezmo is on a mission to empower people who build solutions that shape the world. We’re doing this by delivering a platform that enables enterprises to get more value from their observability data in real time, regardless of source, destination, use case, or scale. We’re not the only ones working on this problem but we have a few things the others don’t. We’re cloud-native and know how to make the most of modern technology like Kubernetes. We have scaled a solution from zero to petabyte scale in a short amount of time, while supporting thousands of active users across multiple environments. We are hungry for change and are surrounded by enterprises telling us they’re hungry, too. We have a kick-ass group of people who are thinking about the problem analytically and are excited to change the observability world for the better. Mezmo has helped some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they manage their systems and applications. Still, we know that we can help them get more value from their observability data by providing more flexibility and control over how they use it. This will enable teams to spend less time switching between data silos so they can focus on shipping better, more resilient, and secure products. We have momentum on our side. Last year we saw triple digit revenue growth and added 800 new customers to our roster. Recent accolades include being named to YC’s Top Companies, CRN’s 10 Hottest DevOps Startups, and EMA’s Top 3 Observability Platforms.
Mica AI
Turn employees' AI skills into shared company infrastructure
Today, as employees teach AI how to perform valuable company work, the resulting capabilities often remain trapped on individual laptops or scattered across chats and repositories. Mica gives each company a managed, agent-native internal marketplace where employees can publish capabilities, discover them by describing the task they need help with, and install them through the AI tools they already use. Mica tracks ownership, requirements, permissions, and team customizations while letting employees contribute improvements back to the shared version for evaluation and approval. The result: employees stop rebuilding workflows their coworkers have already solved, useful improvements spread across the organization without overwriting team-specific customizations, and security gains visibility without blocking bottom-up innovation. Mica turns scattered AI work into institutional knowledge that compounds.
Micora
Microgrids in a box built anywhere in days
Micora builds a solar-farm-in-a-box that can be shipped anywhere and built without specialized labor. We have designed a new type of solar farm micorgrid that is palletized, lightweight, and deployable. Our system autonomously builds 100kWp of capacity per day and is easily scalable to MWs of capacity which is a size currently only serviced by slow moving and at capacity EPCs. As demand from data centers, advanced manufacturing, and electrification strains existing power infrastructure, the ability to deploy substantial generation quickly is becoming increasingly valuable and unavailable. We are the only company that services utility-scale power needs in weeks.

MicroEval
Changing the way companies review employee performance with…
MicroEval will help you create modern, helpful performance reviews. It’s the day of your annual performance review. You’re nervous, and rightfully so! After this meeting you’ll know whether or not you got that raise, if your work has been acceptable or if you should start looking for a new job. No one likes them. Why shouldn’t they help you improve and grow your skillset? Exactly what we thought. Inspired by personal experiences, our team came together to help transform the performance review process into a worthwhile, meaningful and easy process. Who are we to take on this challenge you ask?
Microhealth
Digital hematology
What we do? We develop digital therapeutics to address unmet medical needs in hematology and oncology. How it works? First we build networks of doctors and patients designed to track, predict and prevent disease. Second, we validate the safety and efficacy of our interventions in pivotal clinical studies to obtain regulatory clearance (SaMD). Finally, we aim to commercialize our products as prescription digital therapeutics (DTx). Where are we now? Today, we are the standard in digital hematology: * Our hemophilia network covers 33% of all patients and providers in the US. * We bested 20+ competitors, including several Fortune 500 companies. * Our clients include: Sanofi, Bayer, Novo Nordisk, Biogen, and Roche.
