The operating system for the 100x Engineering Team
Mesmer is the operating system for agentic engineering teams. A few engineering teams are accelerating at breakneck speed, while most are stuck with incremental gains. Mesmer exists so that gap doesn't come down to who gets lucky with their AI experiments. We help founders and CTOs turn agents into real leverage across their organization: faster delivery, better quality, less bureaucracy, and a clear view of where the bottlenecks are and what to do next. Hundreds of engineering teams have used Mesmer to >2x their productivity in the first quarter using our platform. We are a team of repeat founders and CTOs with 15+ years of experience, including leading engineering together at Origin Financial ($400M), the AI financial advisor founded by Mesmer's CEO.
